Balance in your life is the most important thing there is. Everything is interconnected, every cell in your body responds to the other as it is nourished. Awareness of our “being” is central to us. This Holistic way of life provides a total balance in who we are, how healthy we are, how we respond to each other and how we live.


From this position we started the outdoor activities, where various disciplines in sports and mindset are performed under the guidance of a professional. Yoga, mountain biking, supping, hiking, boot camp, PT training outdoor, kayaking and retreats are activities that are organized at Hidden.


The various activities are offered both in groups and one-on-one. The duration of the activities is between 1 and 4 hours.


How nice is it to start your day in a good and healthy way, whether you are on vacation or not.
